Tucked away but with a superb view, the house in the Wet Semi-D project underwent radical renovation. A puny garden was liberated into an outside dining area complete with a sun deck and a Carrara-lined pool. Best of all, fresh aroma fills the air thanks to the citrus trees by the pool.
Indoors, graceful lines and glazed surfaces infuse the space with contemporary vibes. The stairwell is impactful as it is also a conservatory adjacent to the pool area. It leads to the master suite upstairs, which is an ideal spot for the adults at home to retreat to.
Downstairs, the bedrooms lead out onto the pool, and the guest bathroom makes innovative use of continuous timber on the floor, up the wall and across the curved ceiling.
