Coral Park is on the outskirts of the fishing village of Marsaxlokk. The beautiful town is renowned for its picturesque harbour, dotted with colourful luzzus – the traditional Maltese fishing boat. This vibrancy is where the designers of Coral Park drew their inspiration.
The MJMDA team has created a modern building, but not jarringly so. The impact is softened by extensive greenery at the front and back of the structure, as well as on the terraces and balconies. And by means of carefully selected natural materials, the thread of nature weaves its way through Coral Park’s interiors too.
This is a world-class development, designed to be a home. Together with a diverse range of apartments, there are also a common lounge and garden to promote social interaction and a community feel among tenants. For complete convenience, every apartment has access to a covered parking space or garage.
